I'm unaware of whether or not David Harris can fill that 'QB of the defense' role for them. But he's clearly been their best LB for a few years now.

Too much money for a one-dimensional linebacker like Scott.

I'm seeing some stuff about him possibly retiring, but nothing I can actually source.

He's been a liability for them. With their use of nickel and dime packages, his snaps have been cut down.

 

I think the team looks completely different next season
