I thought I was going to read about the binge Sean Smith, Jimmy Wilson, and Richie Incognito had at an Irish pub in NY. Smith posted some stuff on twitter. They had like 10 beers on the table.

Cogs is really getting himself into good shape, a bit off topic here, but last year he started working with some mma people, and I've seen some recent pics where it looks like he's even in better shape than last year..He seems like he has made it a priority to shed weight for some flexibility and movement..Good for a guard in our system.

Kind of cool to see those three hanging out together in NYC.
Add some Boddington's to that mixture as well ... But, a good irish pub can make a great, creamy Guinness. -

FWIW, the beers at McSorely's are tiny. They come in 2 flavors: Light and dark. Really cool place that literally hasn't been cleaned since WWII. I think the dust in inches deep in some parts of the bar.

McSorely's is as old school as you can get. Its been around since the 1800s and they wouldn't let women into the place until the 1970s and then they only did so because they were sued. Even then they refused to install a ladies room for another 10 years or so.
