Shame. Really is.

Not so fast! (PS, I posted the same thing in another thread)
smahtaz, Ophinerated, Fin D and 2 others like this. -
Why would we put him on IR though? -
I reckon if Garrard could show a team that he were healthy, they might be willing to trade a pick for him to be their backup. Garrard for one year > Tarvaris Jackson for one year and the Seahawks got a pick from the Bills for him.

Well at first I thought he was going to get cut because he was hurt and we need the roster spot. Then another poster came back with other info. So now I wouldn't think we should. IMO We have a very good QB here and we should try to keep Garrard at all costs.

His injury is one that was supposed to be 2-4 weeks (he's nearing the 4 week mark now), so if you put him on IR it'd be worse than cutting him. And he doesn't have a "major injury" so there's no reason to use the lone exemption to pull him off IR (if he even qualified). -
I think I would rather keep Moore simply because Gerrard is showing signs of being injury prone plus if you keep him he will put a dent in the cap.
Sure Gerrard outplayed Moore and Tanny but he is caught between a rock and a hardplace. -
