He is an MD, and does about a good a job explaining the reasoning for proper exercise, fast loss, "cardio" and aging as I have ever heard put anywhere. Funny thing. I am learning as I get older and older, that more listening to my body, understanding what is working and what isnt is really helping. Just like Science, if you listen enough and ask the right questions, you start understanding why certain things work the way they do
