sking29forum_veteranThis has basically been the re-launch of the system with the systems flying off the shelves (as evident by how many people just bought one in this thread). It's amazing really how well this thing is selling and apparently $299 is the magic number where people will buy it.
With the current sales figures if they keep up Sony can take over 2nd place this generation and possibly even first. Sony finally is showing its old selling power again now that they figured out that people won't pay over $300 for a system really (it really is the magic number). I'm just happy that this system can finally get the recognition it deserves without price hurting it...it truly is a great system. So kudos Sony.
