    For a long time I've had joint custody with my sons mom, at this point I need to get my son out of her house because I feel it is now an unsafe environment for him..

    Just trying to get a lawyer now because she said no when I asked..

    So whats the question Deej? If you have a custody agreement then yes you will need a lawyer if you feel your son is in an unsafe environment
