Its worth mentioning if Bell is cut loose the team is likely in the market for a small LB or big safety to play coverage linebacker.

I've seen every game of Daryl Sharpton...I do not want anyone from the Dolphins drafting him. He can lay some hits but he gets lost in space. If you're thinking about drafting Daryl Sharpton, better to get Taylor Mays and convert him to LB like the MLB for the Bears (can't believe I forgot his name).
There's two players from Miami that are interesting, Sam Shields and Jimmy Graham. They both have high ceilings and could be drafted in the lower rounds.

Can't expect any less from a product of the U.

I agree with you on that, inasmuch as Sam Shields and Jimmy Graham both being very interesting NFL prospects and that I'm not the most onboard with the idea of grabbing Sharpton. None of the UM linebackers have stood out to me as being great for the NFL.

Anyone see Sparano on the NFL network wrap up show last night? He was asked about Pat White and was practically ebullient about his development at QB. He's not about to throw anybody under a bus.

Personally I'm not a fan of Sharpton. I really didnt see an NFL starter when I watched him. I would be pretty disappointed if we drafted him. One, I'm not impresssed with his skill set and two he is tiny. Pretty bad combination for a 3-4 IMO

Sometimes I feel like I live in a world where I'm the only one who sees a player for what he is instead of the thousand things others seem to see.
Sharpton couldn't distinguish himself on a D that desperately needed one guy to step up and be a leader; he couldn't distance himself from a pack that was defined by its lack of definition; yet now he's hot ****?!
I'm glad he's impressing, and I wish him nothing but the best. But when I read that the Head Coach of MY team is "impressed" with a midget Linebacker who couldn't get out of his own way on his own team, it makes me wonder. -
i dont know much aobut him how do you think he would do as a OLB

So Coach Sparano how do you feel about Charles Manson breaking out of prison and killing your wife?
"He's a tough, smart kid I think he has alot of potential in this league and at the end of the day you want someone to have that take no prisoners, cut throat attitude." -
