Interestingly Ross gave an interivew on 940winz and he mentioned the hurry up offense, saying "this is not the North were you need 4 yds and a cloud of dust for goodness sakes".

That will work to Henne's advantage. Hell considering the offensive scheme we've had under Henning that will help everyone. :up:
That's not true at all. Pasqaloni (sp?) was canned last year... and he was one of the Parcells/Sparano "guys".
Sparano was gunna can Henning if he wasn't already retiring b/c the results wernt there (regardless of the lip service he gave about Henning while he was headed out the door. He canned the STs coach mid-season.
If you aren't performing as a coach, Sparano isn't holding on to you...

Should the one drawback is Henne will occasionally get the snot knocked out of him ala Kelly, but it does fit what he does do well.

I say hire pennington as QB coach...we'll see though. I'm intrigued.
Worth nothing that Lee will once again be working under Houston Nutt at Ole Miss.

Funny thing on the finsiders a few minutes ago. They announced Lee was leaving and said that Sparano and Henning AGREED to part ways. lol
Henning gone. Lee gone. So no more dynamic wildcat calls after moving the ball from their own 10 to the to opponents 30 to kill the drive just enough to get 3 points? 3 points adds up ya know?

Actually Henne will be given a chance to succeed and in this instance he just might.
