Direct Tv question. OK so I go to my sisters guest bedroom and turn on her tv and there is a big black rectangaleon the bottom of the screen. Well my nephew got a hold of the tv remote anbd they have no idea what he pushed. So can so one help me get this black mark off the tv? Or has this happen to any one before?

sounds like you turned on picture in picture. just turn the tv off and back on.

No. I dont think it has anything to do with the TV they dont use the tv remote because the Direct Tv remote does everything

If you have played with the menu button on the tv and you guys are SURE it's not the tv. Call DTV and have them walk you through it. Good luck.

Yeah but depending on the TV the directv remote can do almost everything for the tv too. Including the 'menu' button.
