Oh, I know about Egnew. I drafted him in the fourth round of the GM League. He is nice.

I believe he was the top performer in the 40 yd dash if I remember correctly. Has trouble gaining separation off the line of scrimmage

As for Michael Egnew, some scouts rank him as the 3rd TE in the draft, ahead of Charles. Then again others have him below Charles and Green.
He's probably the most prolific pass catching TE in the bunch. -
What do we need to draft a tight end didn't Miami just sign sme accountant who has never played in college to play TE?

The kid is big, and has very good measuarables, runs a 4.6 with a 36 inch vert, I have him as a solid third round prospect because of his technique as a blocker, moves his feet well down the line, balanced when he engages the defender, can turn that defender inline with good technique, is willing to scrap to the whistle, and is a very good blocker on the move, I've seen him bust Coples in the mouth with perfect technique after coming across in motion to spring a big run, bottom line, we know the kid can catch and run, we know he's got good size and measuarables, he could afford to be a bit more aggressive, shuffles his feet just a bit before engagement but overall, he's a pretty good blocker to go along with a nice skillset for a tight end.
