I read today that the Bills finished the season with 17 players on the IR. We finished with 15!! Does that mean that we should look at replacing the training staff or was it do to Cams coaching style? Thoughts?

Hard - if not impossible - to answer from the outside. Sometimes it's just bad luck and there's nothing you can do about it. You would have to closely analyse the medical sheets and review the conditioning program, but even if you find problems there, it could still be good old fashioned bad luck. If you keep having these problems year after year, then you should get worried about your conditioning staff, but with just one season, there's way too many possible explanations.
As a side note, don't forget that several IR players (Brown, Bell, Toledo) have a history of being injury prone while others (Green, Zach) are way past their prime age wise. Essentially, Cameron took some gambles (Green, Ricky, playing Zach in spite of his many headaches) and lost them. -

We need to replace our strength and conditioning coaches!!!!

Dont get me wrong: I'm not one of those "Ronnie is always injured, let's get rid of him like this instant" people who blow things way out of proportion. And I agree with almost everything you said right down to the freak accident. But the point remains that Brown has yet to have a single season without any odd injury sidelining him. I called him injury prone because he was injured in each of his last five seasons. Now, of course we shouldn't read too much into that like some other "fans" do, but I for one wouldn't be surprised to see Ronnie sidelined again for a couple of games next year. It's just the way it's been going for him since college. -
why is there ANOTHER thread on this?! ridiculous where people try to lay the blame sometimes. this is a reach for sure.
