Josh Potter will probably be cut but another kicker will probably be signed so I didn't count him.

I'm thinking I may want to see a little more of Andrew Wilson. He may be PS material.

I'm routing for spadola he is local.

There's a couple of surprises at this stage of the cuts... the first cutdown... we might have already seen it with Egnew getting the axe, but I think Brady Quinn will be released with this next group. I think Lobato will get some reps in the next game as they decide whether to put him on the PS or not.

Daniel Thomas
I see no such name on that list -
Two players I would love to see in this first cut, but probably won't are, Dallas Thomas and Daniel Thomas.
Neither of them have earned a spot in the top 53 and I would rather see their positions filled by players who can actually contribute during the 2014 season. -

not much, considering the talent on board... guess I'm just a fan enamoured with his potetial at WR

I do not agree that in this game Smith looked, "much better." He did look better, but not by a huge stretch. -

Thomas's problem to me is he looks like a Tackle trying to play guard, he plays "Tall" and loses leverage to easily to ever be consistent at this point.
I also disagree with you about Satele, for ONCE the offensive line looked like they all were on the same page, there were none of those inexplicable "whose guy was that" as Tannehill got lit up
PFF actually devoted a article to the RG position on our team

Tho the 7:55 "Fall to the Ground" deal on Smith is one of my issues with PFF's grading, he did not whiff on the block all on his own, if one notices the DT he was not blocking picked him off via pushing him when he was coming down the line of scrimmage to pick up his man.
They are kinda missing that Dlineman do things like that, including holding the OL men to free up a man for penetration -
There is a huge difference between Gerald McCoy and the J.a.G.s on the Dallas Cowboy defenses, however Dallas Thomas did a fine job against them. -
Plus that, "whose guy was that" is rarely the centers. How many noseguards are good pass rushers? -
-
Also, the play where Shelly Smith was completely beaten, was against the 2's. Moore passed the ball quickly to Darkwa.

Barry Jackson is reporting on Twitter that Binns will be cut today.
