Dolphins re-sign Will Billingsley + Other news

Cornerback Will Allen battling knee injury, Dolphins re-sign Will Billingsley -- South Florida Sun-Sentinel.com

Billingsley, who spent the first month of the season on the Dolphins practice squad, was brought back last week by the team but wasn't signed. Instead the Dolphins added West Virginia linebacker Marc Magro. Magro apparently got cut on Wednesday after only one week with the team.

Also removed from the practice squad was defensive tackle Anthony Toribio, who was replaced with an inside linebacker the team has not disclosed….
