Hard to see him doing too much in Miami.

In case of emergency signing.

3rd receiver right away please. Moore and Wallace are garbage and need to be gone next season.

He was a very good receiver with good speed once upon a time. Was an 1100-yard receiver a few years ago. Injuries derailed him. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer this summer.
Right now he's your #5 WR and the most experienced/eldest man at the position. -

He has some talent and if he's physically healthy - then he's a good signing. After Bess & Marshall, there's no one on the roster that really knows how to be an NFL receiver.
He won't learn the playbook but players don't need that to get in the game and contribute. He can learn half a dozen plays at the the slot and run the routes and actually contribute a bit. -
Replacement token-white-guy reporting for duty :shifty:

When Wallace made the team everyone knew he was going to be an investment. he is not the type of player to play well during his first season. If he works hard and learns more how to be a wide receiver over the offseason, he is worth keeping.Dolfan984 likes this. -
Isnt Antonio Bryant Still A FA?

I think he will come up with a few catches

Brian Hartline is far more than a "token white-guy". Hartline was as productive as Brandon Marshall before his injury.

Terrible joke. Ripping on someone because they hand cancer is bush league. Kevin Curtis was a heck of a player and a good guy. He won't stick long in Miami but beating cancer deserves some kudos.

At least people here don't bash just Henne undeservedly. It's like some here expect everybody to be Dan Marino and Jerry Rice their first year in the league.
It's fairly well known that WR's need 3-4 seasons under their belt before you expect anything from them. Moore and Wallace are both rookies and even though they haven't shown us much, neither has the great Brandon Marshall with this play calling. I think they both have the size and speed to be good WR's. -

Respectfully, do you understand concepts like "coverage", "single coverage", "combo coverage", stuff like that? Just curious b/c your statement could be misconstrued as being ignorant, no offense.MikeHoncho likes this. -

Curtis was one fast dude with great hands just a few short years ago. Didn't know about his battle with cancer, but assuming he's fully recovered from any surgery/treatments, and further assuming he's been training to get back into football shape, it will be intriguing to see what he can offer these last few games. We need help at the position, so he's definitely worth a look IMO.
As an aside, does anyone know if he brings any special teams abilities with him? -
