In the words of Jason Jackson, "it is time."
Post E3 2017 related news, rumors, trailers, and all concessions that none of these games will be as good as Breath of the Wild or NieR: Automata in this thread.
Edit: Twitch's E3 streaming schedule is live

Right now, I'm hoping for some interesting surprises. I think that we know all that there is to know about the FF12 remaster and most of what there is to know about Gwent. We'll certainly find out some more things officially about the FF7 remake and the new AC game. Beyond that, I don't think that there are any other games known to be in production that I'm interested in, and I'm honestly worried about what Bioware and Bethesda are up to, and what their focuses are.

My most anticipated titles I hope (and mostly expect) to see.
Super Mario Odyssey
RDR2
Spiderman
Wolfenstein: Colossus
Crackdown 3 (this is the only thing I'm positive we'll see from MS)
God of War release date
And new IPs of course. Bethesda has one unannounced I believe. -
Super Mario Odyssey will supposedly be playable on the show floor. It better be, since it's due out this year. I'm eager to find out how an open world Mario game would work. Maybe it incorporates Paper Mario's world design philosophy?
Also hoping that we get a Fallout New Vegas 2. FONV is still arguably the best 3D Fallout game. It deserves a legitimate follow up, preferably by Obsidian. Also has the among the best DLC of any game ever.
On the console front, it'll be interesting to see if Nintendo announces new mobile hardware. They announced the 2DS XL a few weeks ago, but you have to wonder if they aren't ready to release an all new mobile device, a true 3DS successor the way the 3DS succeeded the DS, and the way the DS succeeded the GBA.Zeke0123 likes this. -
Far Cry 5 getting a full reveal May 26th. The Montana rumors were correct.
-
A western Far Cry is very interesting. Hopefully it's more like Far Cry 2 than Far Cry 4.
-
And Red Dead Redemption 2 delayed until Spring 2018. Not a big surprise.
-
So that means the PC version will be available in Autumn 2019. Nice.
-
And speaking of RDR2, here are some brand new screen shots.

Pretty official confirmation that Bioware has people starting to write the next Dragon Age game. With DA:I coming out in the Autumn of 2014, it would be a real dissapointment if the next one wasn't out by 2019. -
I highly doubt that. Rockstar sells itself. -
-
Rockstar games sell themselves, but additionally, the likely audience for RDR2 likely doesn't overlap significantly with the likely audience for Destiny 2. Those seem to be entirely different demographics. While there's certainly some commonality, there isn't enough to justify it. Besides, Destiny 2 would still be active six months later when RDR2 comes along. So if the fear is losing audience to Destiny 2, then the delay should be 1 year, not 6 months.

Lego Marvel Superheros 2 announced with a Nov 17 release date. I've been playing the Lego games since the PS2 days, and they're usually a really fun co-op experience. They do right by Marvel with these games too. -
They better be using original voice acting, instead of simply ripping audio from the Marvel movies. -

Far Cry 5 announcement trailer. February 27th, 2018.

I'm quite amused by the trailer where they talk about going to Montana to do research and get a feel for it, and describing it like some alien world where they discovered people are self-reliant and don't trust the government.
Speaking of reliance, we'll supposedly find out at E3 if the leaks about the FFXV DLC are true. The primary leak is the "World of Versus" DLC, which would be the mysterious unnamed DLC in the announced lineup. Square-Enix also sent out a survey asking for feedback on what content people would like to see, and a bunch of story DLC and playable characters were listed. This may hint that FFXV may still be actively developed through 2018, which makes sense since Square-Enix now wants to develop games as a service, ala Destiny. They're using that exact development model with FFXV right now.Unlucky 13 likes this. -
As far as Far Cry goes, I've never played one of them before. Is it basically like a very over the top GTA clone? -
The Companions DLC will let us swap characters out. Cor, Aranea, and Iris will be playable in that. So I'm a bit confused why they asked for playable characters in this survey. Maybe they mean something deeper than just the Companions stuff?
Far Cry is not a GTA clone. Far Cry started as a Crysis clone but with FC2 morphed into something more akin to an open world first person shooter. -

A new 3rd person, open world RPG called Elex is coming this October. It looks like they're trying to take all of the big RPG franchises, squish them together, and see what happens. I'm intrigued. Could be crap, but its interesting. -

Piranha Bytes hasn't made anything good in a long time. -

Well, thats a weird sign of the times. Someone has stolen some of CDPR's files from Cyberpunk 2077 and is holding them ransom. CDPR will not give into the demands, and is turning to the authorities. The end result is there may be some stuff out there online from the game which although old, could be spoilery. -
CDPR says the documents are old, and probably aren't in use anymore.
And now, back to wholly original RPGs:

A Way Out looks really cool. I loved Brothers so I have high hopes.
