Seriously, this is the first time any console has sold more then the wii since the day it came out isnt it? Pretty big deal. Wonder if it will continue. 360 sales jumped by almost 100k, riding bioshock 2 and MW2 maybe?

I bought it on release day knowing I probably wouldn't play it for a while just because I wanted to support the dev and people in general who want to take chances (or new angles) with games (and do it well :lol: ).

mor911forum_veteranI know... but with Final Fantasy 13 and God of War 3 coming in the weeks after.. I dont see it's sales getting better than the initial launch boost. I still say that the release dates of Heavy Rain and God of War 3 was very poor planning. FF13 and God of War will still sell well, but they're essentially competing with each other.

I totally agree with that. The last month feels like Christmas 2: The revenge of too many awesome games coming out at the same time.

Also, I think God of War 3 got a huge break by Final Fantasy 13 not being as good as it's supposed to... But i guess that's my opinion
