Interesting developmental guy.

Just what we need, someone that doesn't really know football at one of the most important spots on offense. BRILLIANT.
Maybe he can just run on a go route, speed around the CB, and lob it 12 feet in the air and hope he has hands to catch it. -
Hey this could really go either way. He's only on the practice squad.
-
I remember watching him on HBO's Hard Knocks series. You couldn't help but root for the guy. Amazing athlete, just hoping he developes his receiving and route running skills.

He has never played football yet he has a Super Bowl ring.I would say he is living a charmed life :pointlol:

Yeah, I remember watching him on Hard Knocks also... I don't see him contributing too much for our team though, he never seemed to establish himself as an NFL caliber reciever. I remember him having some amazing speed though which may be why he's here now. -
if he has the natural speed and athletic ability route running will come in time.

Antonio Gates was a basketball player taken to play football.
He was signed to the practice squad to develop. Hey...they have done wonders with Ginn...whos to say they can develop this kid. -

Big guy with speed and athleticism. Raw would be an understatement. Never played the game before, so a lot of the most fundamental things were new to him.
Project guy. Tons of upside. He wants to be coached. -
Yes he is developing a bit slower than you most people like, but he is improving! -
It couldnt hurt, high reward, low risk situation.

Read about this at work today, im pretty interested to see how this guy turns out for us. Seems to have a ton of athletic ability, sounds like a nice practice squad project.
