Call me Pollyanna, but I think we can make it to 10-6.

I think if Ryan Tannehill can have a TD/INT ratio on the right side of one and stays healthy all or most of the season, this is a playoff team. But then that's true for most teams regarding their QB...

I could see us going around 10-6, but getting swept by the Pats? Highly doubt that.

I still think we will need more pieces and will lose one of the @Jets or @Bills games because history shows that we do. I am seeing with homer glasses 8-8 at best and maybe 6-10 actually. It's a brutal schedule.
If that is the end result, you'll finally see changes in that GM's office. I just don't see him surviving a 5th straight losing season. If he does then I really do hope Ross sells the team.NolesNPhinsFan likes this. -

I'm thinking 8-8 is a realistic prediction. The schedule is very, very hard for us. Might change that depending on unexpected bounty in draft or free agency between now and then.

I'll have to revisit this one in two days..this draft is way to important to our season, there are plug and play players that are pivitol to us making a jump, and I think it's pivitol that Ireland has a great draft.

I think the Dolphins will go 7-9 or 8-8 in 2013, with 9-7 being an outside possibility. I think they will lose twice to the Patriots, the Colts, Falcons, Steelers, Saints, Ravens, and they will go 3-1 against the Jets and Bills.I think the Bengals and Bucs games will also be a very tough game for the Dolphins and it wouldn't be a surprise if they lose one of these games. I have felt all along that 2013 is still a rebuilding year for the Dolphins and nothing they have done so far has changed my view that this will not be a playoff team until at least 2014.

We will go 11-5 after all the key players left Pittsburgh and Baltimore we should win those games.

I like the article. Optimistic but not unrealistic!

the colts, steelers and ravens are not going to be easy games but we can and I think will win 2 out of three there. Ravens lost half the team, steelers just arent that good anymore and lost players, and the colts game is going to be a dog fight.
find a way to split with the pats, and take care of business against bills and jets and yeah, we're a playoff team.
Its funny, im told im a pessimistic person but on these boards im quite the optimist. 10-6 baby! -
As far as the Colts game is concerned. I just think the Colts are the better team right now. They are tough to beat at home and even though the Dolphins played the Colts tough last year, and I suspect it will be a close game in 2013. I just don't see the Dolphins beating the Colts and Andrew Luck, in their home stadium.
If on the other hand, the Dolphins can win these two games to start the season, they will have a very good chance to be a playoff team this year. I think it is very possible the Dolphins could be 1-4 after their first five games. This would probably be too much of a hill to climb for them to make the playoffs.
If they can somehow be 3-2 after those first five games, the remaining schedule appears to favor them being able to get to at least 10 wins This should be enough to make them a viable candidate to be in the playoffs. . -

Recently the steelers and the giants have proven that you don't need an elite oline to get the job done anymore. The patriots line has been in steady decline over the years too. The game has changed, holding calls don't get called, you cant touch QBs anymore, and smart QBs eat up blitz packages.
I don't want to see Tannehill get crushed, but we don't need to put a line of pro bowlers in front of him either. -
"Gee, boss, I didn't see the sleight of hand Jeff Ireland was going to pull when he traded up and traded down and traded across and diagonally three more times and landed Tavon Austin, Tyler Eifert, Luke Joekel, DJ Hayden, and Tank Carradine all in the first round and half. I mean, really, who could have seen that?"DrAstroZoom likes this. -
But the Pittsburgh game was rape, muder, arson and highway robbery all at the same time.Fin-Omenal likes this. -
8-8 is more likely.

15-1

Like a few others have said, I really don't know what to think until after the draft. If we lace em up right now, I see 8-8 as being a stretch. We just have too many holes, but we have 11 picks and there is plenty of room to get a LOT better. If our draft went something like, Eifert, Armstead, Okafor, Poyer, Swopes, I could see 10-6. Right now if you held a gun to my head, I would say 9-7

We will end the season 9 - 7. It's a young team; they need time to develop group cohesion.
