Rg3 4.38 first 40....no one else even close to that.

Id rather look at how he throws and reads a defense, than how he runs. Just sayin...

Just giving updates from here bro...if he throws...he's not...I would let you know.

Cousins looks very accurate...couple really good deep balls, footwork looks fluid. Turning in a pretty good workout.
Keenan on the other hand looks to hurt himself. Accuracy not looking good. -
Tannehill not working....foot surgery in January.

My fav QB prospect from a value standpoint. -
Luck ran a 4.59 and 4.66 40. Same times as Newton last year. Thats scary.
WR Stephen Hill is going to vault up boards. He was a top 60 guy entering this after running a 4.31 and 4.30 at 6'4" expect him to get in the top 40 even though his college production isnt great. Part of that comes because he played at run happy Georgia Tech but still hes got a size-speed combo that cannot be taught.
WR Chris Gives of Wake Forest looks and performed similar to Antonio Brown. Dropped a 4.37 and 4.40 40. In a pass happy league speed will continue to be a valuable commodity.
WR Alshon Jeffery is supposedly red flagged after not participating in any combine drills other then the weigh and not citing a reason. He measured in at 6'4" and only 216 much lower then the estimated 230-240 he was supposedly going to measure in at. Its a gift if he falls to us in round 2 because I stil have him as the best WR in this draft.
WR Michael Floyd weighed in at 220 at 6'4" and dropped 40 times of 4.42 and 4.44. Probably ceme
Arizona WR Juron Criner turned in "unofficial" forty times of 4.59 and 4.63 at the NFL Scouting Combine Sunday. Hes probably going day 2.
Rutgers WR Mohamed Sanu ran 4.65 unofficially on his first forty-yard dash attempt at the Combine and looks to be a late 2nd-early 3rd round guy.
FA Notes I found on rotoworld:
- Tampa Bay is after Mario Manningham. They have a ton of cap room, former NYG QB coach Mike Sullivan is their new OC and TB needs a vertical threat. The NYG will look to Jerrel Jernigan and Ramses Barden to replace him.
- Chris Mortenson tweeted out that Peyton Manning is looking much better. This will probably be a lightning rod but here is the exact post from rotoworld:
According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, Peyton Manning's performance level is "way on the ascent from where it was two months ago or even a month ago."
Multiple doctors have led Mort to believe that Manning is healthy, "throwing the football well ... and not at risk." Mort's recent comments on Twitter suggest he's also been spoon-fed from the Manning camp. In fairness, though, he was among Manning's biggest skeptics following last offseason's neck surgeries. If these doctors' reports are factual, Manning may not have to wait until after the draft to gain full medical clearance and sign on the dotted line.
- The Dolphins, Seahawks and Skins are looking at the #2 pick for Griffin but the Seahawks see the cost to jump from 12 to 2 as prohibitive and the Skins are still the favorite.
- KC is franchise tagging Bowe
- Falcons are trying to get extensions with Brent Grimes and Matt Ryan done. Grimes is a FA and could get tagged.RGF, dolfan7171, MikeHoncho and 4 others like this. -
Arizona QB Nick Foles posted the slowest forty time among signal callers at the Combine, running a 5.14.
He just isn't much of an athlete. In addition to running slow in a straight line, Foles' feet move slowly in his drops and CBS Sports draft analyst Rob Rang reported that he struggled in throwing drills at the Combine.
Was not happy with this news...hes off my board til about round 5 or 6. I think he could still be groomed but hes a late round project at best right nowDHPVW likes this. -

Nothing against long hair at all, but when its part of your routine before you throw to move it out your face, its become a unnessesary distraction. -
sub 4.4 for Miller from the u...absolutely explosive first step..
I wish I could talk myself in to needing a back..Ljames and Miller would be had.I do not understand the grades ive seen on both players especially James...third round my ***. -
If I was a team that needed a running back, I would not look at him as a third down back..and no way would I take the chance of him going in the third, 2nd round all day.MrClean likes this. -

Dex Mccluster went in the high 2nd round..
If you knew the production you could get out of a darren sprolies would you wait to take him in the third.?
I realize that his type is usually third round, I just feellike the production in the long run he will give me is 2nd round worthy. -
Also a bit intrigued by Meggett Jr in the later rds. -

Spence lifted himself out of a huge contract. Or should I say he couldn't lift himself into one. Every UM game I watched I kept saying he looks so small for a MLB. I say let him plummet and take him low. Pass packages he's be an asset on a guy like Woodhead or Sproles. Instincts and speed without having to hit a huge guy. Anyone thinks he falls to the third?
-
I love me some Spence as well.
-
How about this kid Harrison Smith from Notre Dame we can use another S on our roster especially if YB doesn't return.
-
I guess he'd be a safe choice and we need one more good LB, and it would give us pass coverage trio that's sick.
I don't think Luke is a hitter to level that Willis though. He is a reliable wrap up tackler and there is something to be said for that too, when so many players these days try for the shoulder tackle and don't bother to wrap up. -
