I hope they add explosions, action, and sex scenes. They should get rid of the comedy aspect of it though. What people really want form Gilligans Island is action!

Agreed not sure how they could even turn something like this into an under 2 hour movie. It just has bad idea written all over it.

Zach Braff as Giligan and Jessica Simpson as Ginger. I would go see it.

 

They can't and that's going to be a huge problem. I actually think they should go in a different direction with the movie, much like Dupree said. Turn it into an action or horror film instead, even though stuff like the basic plot has happened before in films.

If they wanted to keep it as a comedy I could see Jason Segal as Gilligan and Paul Rudd as the Professor, but make that character extremely sarcastic. Michael Caine would be a pretty good Mr. Howell but he might be too old for that now.

 

or add a polar bear..............
and make it drink coke....oooooooooooooooooo scary

 

or the Harlem Globetrotters, and just jump the shark before they film a single scene!
