So the logo......the "V" and word "FIVE" resemble that of money.

I wonder (pray to god) if they will allow you to have full control, even to the point of being able to rob banks/stores/retail stores etc. Take hostages, whatever.

Man, this just made my effing day.

 

You and everyone else. San Andreas, is still, in my top 3 of games I've played of all time. Still a **** ton of replay ability. I can dust off the ole' PS2 right now, and pick up where I left off with Cj and the crew.

Fly to LAs Vegas and gamble, dirt bike up the mountains, ride my bike to the ghetto liqour store, all while in between staying fit at the gym, and full from cluck n' bell.

One of the best games ever. By far.

 

Was there really a weed grow house out in the mountains, or was that made up? LOL I remember looking for it!

 

Bring back Carl Johnson, Mike Torino, and The Truth, and I'll be very happy.

Good news indeed. Agree that they need to make this more like San Andreas.

And please, for the LOVE OF GOD, no phone calls from your friends wanting to "hang out". Stupid **** like that can ruin a game. Especially for people like me who can't ignore that crap. "

Alright, let's go do this mission, oh wait no, my weirdo Russian cousin wants to hang out. ****, and he's on the other side of town. Ok, I'll go pick him up and get this over with. [15 minutes later] Ok, NOW let's do the mission. Oh ****, fake grand theft auto girlfriend wants to go on a date."

I don't know if the rest of the GTA fans hated this crap as much as I did, but it borderline ruined an otherwise great game for me. Red Dead Redemption had a lot of these obnoxious elements too. I'm all for realism and side quests and a huge interactive universe, but not for a game making me feel like a ****head if I don't immediately do the side stuff. Let me do it at my own pace and when I feel like it.

 

I thought the easter egg storylines were genius thouugh. I had so much fun beating up that serial killer dude over and over. Ot: i wonder if we'll ever see another gta based in Vice City again?

 

That game with all of the "tip o' the caps" to scarface and the 80s was awesome!

 

The radio stations alone made vice city amazing. Loved the soundtrack

 

For the most part I usually play my own music while playing the game. But I did it far less during Vice City. Really liked the soundtrack as well.

 

I'll never be able to listen to the song "Use your love" without thinking of Vice City...

 

loved the "hot coffee" mini game, but found it really hard. makes me wonder about my real sex life. . .

Right, but then I wouldn't have been able to unlock all the **** you got from being friendly with all those people. And I would have felt like I left part of the game unfinished. I can't ignore the stuff, even if it is extremely obnoxious. I know, it doesn't make a lot of sense. Call it OCD gaming, if you will.

 

So then you turn the phone on when you're ready to deal with them. :lol:

If you're OCD, you should have no problem turning the phone off, doing what you want, then turning it on to play a mission. :shifty: I definitely agree the phone was too intrusive, though. I'm sure GTA5 will fix it.

Rockstar is one of the worst. Tone_E is probably right.

 

Los Santos confirmed. Looks like a redesign as GTA4's Liberty City was.
