Loved the game, it was just as I suspected. We took the Dolphins lightly and had to adjust after halftime. The Dolphins are a tough team with their best years of ahead of them. Also thought the officiating did a very fair job. I was a little pissed that the refs didn't call targeting the head when Wake hit cam in the face mask and caused him to start spitting blood but, the refs are not perfect.
Sorry you guys lost. I know what it's like to lose close games like that after having a decent lead. I'll probably visit this forum from time to time because the people here are really great and knowledgeable.

I live in Columbia, SC and am just glad that the weekly games are going to be watchable lol. The Panthers are good, we should have won that game easily but this is why we are a team with a losing record and Carolina is 8-3.

Complain about the hit wake did which was fine, don't mention the helmet to helmet your special little lb did on matthews in the end zone. Was a td stopped by a penalty that wasnt called. You can have 3 of those wake penalties. We got shafted.

Overall we didnt play very good. doesnt mean the refs didnt gift wrap another Loss.

Yes, the refs gave the Panthers win and we couldn't of done it without them. I heard after the game the ref used black magic to help Newton convert 4th and 10. I was also impressed how the back judge used voodoo to keep Dion Jordan from spying on Cam.
Both teams got bad calls. -
panthers are who I thought they were..their qb is not very good from the pocket..but it does go to show you how important the trait of elite scrambling ability can win football games.
philbin should of called timeout to regroup the defense when the opponents offense is about to go on 4th down at their 20..a defense is rarely in that type of situation, and should of been settled to understand the moment and have a solid call panned..I thought timeout when I saw our payers celebrating, that's not the mindset you want..

DJ, I don't think Philbin 'gets' the human aspect of the game that way… things like taking a timeout to get people's minds right etc. He just thinking players know the play and so they execute or don't, like a computer when a button is pushed. Sorry but I'm starting to dislike his stony-*** face on the sideline when we are on the brink of disaster and triumph… same expressionless face. Is he alive? Hold a mirror under his nose.

Cam Newton is a cocky Conceded douche IMO. Nice acting job falling out of bounds and drawing a penalty. F Him I wish him nothing but the worst luck and I'll be laughing as he is knocked from his perch soon.
