Just one? Not sure I can! Melvin Gordon or Trae Waynes or La'el Collins. I'd be most excited about a scarily good LB but the best ones this year are more edge rushers.

 

How strong is this draft compared to other years? Top heavy? Deep? Subpar overall?

Im personally not as enamored with Winston/Mariota compared to the top QB's from past years. Also seems like the OL and DB's are much weaker than usual. But a strong RB class, great pass rushers, another solid group of WR's. DT's are probably on par.

 

In order of MY want:

Gurley
Parker
Perriman
Green-Beckham

 

I could live with any of those tonight.

 

Sooooo that means we'll get none :(

 

Perriman worries me with the dropsies. And his route running is suspect. I suppose he could improve on these, but I'd be reluctant to grab him.

 

Usually how it works with this franchise.

 

Just here thinking of the draft, preparing for the worst to happen.

 

Might want to check the news. Pretty sure I want nothing to do with La'el in the first. Maybe a flier after RD#3 just in case...

Unless something else has come out. It was being reported he was not a suspect in the killing of his former GF, but the fact he left Chicago and returned to be interviewed by the police in Louisiana should certainly move him down on many draft boards.

After the fiasco with Jordan, the Dolphins really can't afford to draft a player in the first round who is being interviewed in a murder investigation. He may be completely innocent, but the Dolphins just don't need the headache it would cause for the organization until all the legal matters are resolved in this investigation.

Weather report for my area was supposed to be heavy rain in the afternoon, but just cloudy in the evening. Now, its supposed to be huge thunderstorms from 8-10pm. If I lose TV and internet just when I need them tonight (satellite for both), I'm going to be livid :tantrum::headwall::cursing::scared::censored:

Thanks for the helpful ideas guys. I think I'd burn through my data plan with the phone with that though. Just gonna cross my fingers that the rain isn't too bad and I keep TV signal.
