True story. He once blocked someone on Twitter with zero tweets.

He loves to act like an *** towards fans, but he can't take the heat when someone calls him out for it.

 

I did exactly the same yesterday, can't be bothered reading his drivel anymore.

I notice in the article he's also saying he "advocated for Tannehill to be picked" by us...ie. he's setting himself for a no-lose situation. Talking him down now so he can say he told us all if he fails, or saying he was the first to spot his talent if he's successful.

I notice he's not said anything about how Matthews was only on the roster until we signed another receiver, and how we weren't seeing what he saw in Naanee so knew nothing...

It's the talk radio host routine, and it's very effective in terms of driving site traffic at the sun-sentinel, which is what he gets paid for these days since print media started to die. If you don't like it, the thing to do is to stop mentioning the name altogether.

 

Havent followed him for months. My feed has less religious drivel, and less horrible opinions.....

Goodness, sitting between Kelly and Rosenberg for 3 hours would certainly lead to an ice pick into the ear drum or insanity.

 

Have had him removed from my twitter feed for months now. Heck I even roll my eyes when someone I do follow re tweets him. To help put his opinion into perspective he once tweeted he had "a man crush on Naanee". The guys "opinion" is useless.

 

To be fair, most of the writers said that Naanee had a good camp. However when gametime came (during the preseason as well) he seemed to completely disappear... or do something that made him wish he'd disappear.

At the end of the day, ratings are what the decision makers of these papers look at... and Omar Kelly is very good at driving traffic towards his respected site.

 

I could care less what his decision makers think or do. I wouldn't wish for anyone to lose a job, including him. What I am saying is "opinions" or evaluation of the team or its players is generally piss poor. He gets paid to follow the team and report on these things. He needs to be better at his job in order for me, and from the sound of it many others to bother following him or even reading his articles. To top it off he makes it his mission to tell those that do follow him (Yes I did for a while) that he doesn't care what we think.

So in short his opinions and evaluations are sub par and hes an a$$ to his followers. So why bother?

Though what you say is true, the SunSentinel would do just as well replacing his work with different pictures of sets of ****. There's about as much journalistic integrity there.
