Chicken McNuggets are the best mystery meat I've ever tasted.

I'm not sure if its rat meat, cat meat, or a mixture of both but I'd definitely do much more than punch through a window to get them. Especially for the 50 piece nugget for $10. :yes:

I did a research project while working on my Masters thesis; it is actually re-processed, re-gurgitated fur-balls that are then breaded, fried and re-fried.
Really no nutritional value what-so-ever, but hey, what do you expect when they are only $10.00 for 50 :up:

There are commercial cat foods that contain better quality meat than McD's chicken mcnuggets.

 

Well would the said nuggets include sweet and sour sauce? That would put me over the edge...

Maybe they should make 811 a dedicated nugget crisis line.

My ex and I used to call them Chicken McCartilage, after we both found some..."hard bits" in a batch we shared.

 

my favorite part about the McNugget is on the box it says 'Made with white meat'...whenever I read that I think, yeah, the white meat goes down the line next to in and into real food, then the rest goes to the McNugget.

 

Today at McD's if you buy one Big Mac, you get another for a penny.

50 McNuggets for $10 around here has been pretty common although its been about 5 years since the last promotion. Maybe its so common around here because McNuggets are considered a fine food and it gives us a break from raccoon and possum.

 

But how do they taste?

Of course I know what it is. My point is it's all about the taste. We eat hot dogs, which are 1000 times worse than anything McDonald's deep fries. Why? Because they're ****in' delicious, that's why.

 

My grandgirls love these. Now every time they eat them, I'll think about this.:no: YUK!

 

If we really thought about what we were eating we'd all be eating home grown things and would never touch fast food, hot dogs, bologna, etc. but all those things are inexpensive, tasty, and cheap so we gobble them up. I'm sooo guilty of it and it shames me. :lol:

That is true. We would also not touch soft drinks, most crackers, chips, snack cakes, most meats, and most processed foods.

I believe it illustrates the fact that fast food has additives that not only cause addiction to further sales but apparently also causes violent behavior and questionable judgment.

Well speaking of what would you do to get McNuggets or how crazy you have to be...today I ventured out in snow and ice to grab myself one of the 50 piece nuggets. I didn't get a fancy package but I did get enough nuggets to use through the weekend for $10 (football parties IMO)...take that bad economy.

How is 50 nuggets for $10 such a deal?

I can get 5 nuggets at Wendy's for $.99. 50 nuggets = $9.90.

Couple that with the fact that I can get 10 nuggets for $1.98 (more than enough for a meal), rather than being forced to buy 50 to get a nugget for $.20.

Maybe it's just a TN thing. :shifty:

Very true that Wendy's are better than McD's. For pretty much the whole menu except fries and pancakes. I still occasionally go to McD's for convenience. That and addiction...
