Here is a look at the most noteworthy prospects:
RB Javarris James (6-foot 1/4, 215 pounds) ran a 4.59 and 4.63 in the 40-yard dash, had a 4.24-second short shuttle, a 7.07-second three-cone drill and stood on his vertical jump, broad jump and bench press numbers from the NFL Scouting Combine.
TE Dedrick Epps (6-3 5/8, 246) ran 4.75 and 4.70 in the 40, had a 33-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot, 2-inch broad jump, a 4.42 short shuttle, a 7.31 three-cone drill and did not do the bench press.
OT Jason Fox (6-6 3/4, 305) ran a 5.45 in his first 40, but pulled his left hamstring in his second one. That ailment kept him from doing the short shuttle or three-cone drill. He did have a 29 1/2-inch vertical jump, an 8-5 broad jump, and 25 bench press repetitions at 225 pounds.
TE Jimmy Graham (6-6 3/8, 262) had a 4.39 short shuttle and did 15 bench press reps. He kept the rest of his numbers from the combine.
LB Darryl Sharpton (5-11 3/4, 230) ran 4.74 and 4.76 in the 40, had a 31-inch vertical jump, a 10-1 broad jump, a 4.24 short shuttle, a 7.07 three-cone drill and did 26 bench press reps.
CB Sam Shields worked his way into draft consideration with an incredible workout. He ran the 40 in 4.30 and 4.33, had a 39-inch vertical jump, an 11-1 broad jump, a 4.19 short shuttle, a 6.79 three-cone drill and did 15 bench press reps
