The same gang green site that was ALL TALK, and didn't show/couldn't gather up people to play backyard tackle football in NY after 18 or so of us C2C guys from all over the US flew there to play ball with them...

If Ol' JP Loseman didnt pull his best Sage Rosenfels impression then the Jets WOULD have lost. Buffalo found a way to lose much more than the Jests found a way to win.
Favre has looked pretty average, even bad, in his last few games showing his age a bit. The Jests are definately a beatable team, as is KC. IMO we SHOULD be division champs in two more weeks. Hopefully our players feel the same way and take it.

As for the Bills, just lol. Beat up on some terrible teams to start the season and give Dick "I have a losing coaching record" a big extension and then drop into the gutter. Oops.

 

They say that Favre can make throws Penny cant. Yeah I agree. Favre can make interceptions that Penny does not make. :pointlol:

There was a bunch of us who traveled to NJ to the Jets game last year... We figured we would all arrive on Friday and on Saturday we would play a pick up game against Gang Green members. Sunday we would either go to the game or watch it at Miami Mikes.

Long story short, the Gang Green team never happened so we play against each other... There was FINintheMOON, Sick, ASU, Skeet84, Mindwarp, Stitches, enforcer, Samphin, DolfinDave, myself, and a couple others... Well in the first series I think it was, Sick tweaked his ankle or something and it swelled up pretty bad.. So he couldn't play the rest of the game.

lets be clear....i sprained the **** outve my ankle, and i was breaking a big run after a great catch....but we dont remember that part....oh and it ballooned to the size of a softball.....and yet, i still walked all around new york city that night.....whata champ!!!!


and lets not bring up the fort lauderdale game......where i ummm...permantley tattooed my body outline into samphins chest, or fake truck sticked stitches so he jumped outve my way and i scored....hahahahaha.....god we gotta do that again!!!!

 

Juron is just a crappy head coach... out of all his 9 head coaching stints, he has had 1 winning season w/ chicago then got CRUSHED by Philly in the playoffs. He's a decent coordinator, but just another guy in a long line of good coodinators to crappy head coaching stints.

 

Yah man. That trip was a lot of fun. Im down. I was hoping people would come to AZ this year, since it was 15 minutes from my house. But none of the jersey crew even came I dont think.

 

i couldnt my son was just born....so i had no time and no dime....lol

I can't believe some of those people actually think Chad Pennington was responsible for their failures. Some of those people deserve every bit of bad fortune they've had. Without Pennington the Jets would have spent this entire decade being a laughingstock. That's pretty obvious if you really think about it. When he was healthy they won and made the playoffs. When he wasn't they sucked.

I like The Gang Green site. It's a little loose over there in terms of your choice of words but I like that. The whole darksider vs sunshiner thing is pretty funny to watch. And if you thought we were bipolar check out TGG every week, they are right up there with Philly fans in their ability to switch manic-depressive states after a single game.

Just get too carried away, not a friendly site, and it has gotten worse from what it used to be. Not fun anymore for me Brother Jim.

 

This is all about entainment for us. There is nothing in the world I hate more than the Jest, but again it is what we do for fun. We all may say things, good or bad, but in the long run we're all Dolphins fans.
