    Here is what I propose. Critique it, homies.

    FIRED: Jeff Ireland and Mike Sherman


    HIRED: Gary Kubiak as OC, anyone as GM


    FREE AGENCY: Release Randy Starks, Paul Soliai, Chris Clemons, and Dustin Keller
    FREE AGENCY: Resign CB Brent Grimes, sign RT Michael Oher, HB Ben Tate, and S James Ihedigbo.


    SHOPPING AROUND: See what the market is for Lamar Miller and Daniel Thomas - with enough wheeling & dealing, we should be able to land a third round pick for the two of them.


    DRAFT: 1st round, LT Cameron Erving. 2nd round, OG Cyril Richardson. 3rd round, HB Carlos Hyde and DT Taylor Hart (played with Jordan at Oregon, can start immediately, plenty of potential)


    BACK TO THE PAST: Allow last years first three draft picks to make more of an impact - DE Dion Jordan, CB Jamar Taylor, and OG Dallas Thomas. This will ease the casualties of free agency.
