    Your correct dj. I am far more upset at Ross for keeping Philbin as the head coach this year than I am at the sorry job Philbin and this coaching staff have done. It was obvious last year that Philbin just wasn't a good NFL head coach but Ross decided to give him a contract extension anyway.

    Ross is the real problem with this organization and this teams record since he became majority owner in 2009 clearly shows this.

    Ridiculous question. You treat him with respect because he's a human being. He should be fired and he should have been fired at the end of last year.

    But, I would simply show grace and compassion as a person. I'm all for showing what's wrong on a message board and venting. But, in real life, treating people with respect is bigger than winning a football game.
