Issue with Chrome on my phone

Hey all. I've been viewing the site using Chrome on both my PC and several different cell phones over the years with few issues. However, recently when using my phone, I've had a consistant "bug".

When I go to my notifications in the top right corner and click on it, it will take me to the post it refers to as it should. However, as soon as I touch the screen after that, it zooms back up to the first post on that page. Happens every time now.

Anyone else seeing this too?
