Jefferson out

The Vikings will not have their top receiver when they play the Dolphins on Sunday.
Head coach Kevin O’Connell announced in his Friday press conference that Justin Jefferson is out after suffering an ankle injury in last week’s win over the Buccaneers.
Jefferson did not practice all week.
In three games so far this season, Jefferson has 13 catches for 179 yards with two touchdowns.
Additionally, Charles Demmings (hamstring) and punter Brett Thorson (right hamstring) have also been ruled out.
O’Connell said Johnny Hekker will be elevated from the practice squad to punt on Sunday.
Lots of people will tell you what they think about you and what you shouldn't and should do. Not everyone's thoughts are worth consideration. Don't take criticism from anyone who you wouldn't also go to for advice.
That certainly helps us, but in my opinion this is not a winnable game. Brian Flores will extract his pound of flesh and their defense is going to be humming out there. They're easily the best coached defense in the league so don't be surprised if it seems like we regressed this week.
Winning football games at any level comes down to winning in the trenches.
We will win. This is a weird year where up is down and down is up.
