Depends on where it's being played IMO. I take NE any day of the weekend so long as Brady can play

Its definitely not going to be a gimme.

Have to give an edge to the pats simply because the Jets D has not looked as solid this season, and Belicheck is beginning to use more exotic defenses so things being equal the pats offense is relatively stronger than the jets D', but the Jets Offense is at best equal to the pats D.
I'd give the Jets the edge in Special Teams though. -

Anyway, we beat the Pats week 2 without Pace, Holmes, and a healthy Revis. I know they are a much improved team over the 11 weeks but as Rex would say, I like our chances. Should be a fun game to watch. -
Hopefully the seventh ring of hell opens up and swallows the stadium with both teams playing in it.
having said that...DO NOT over-estimate the Pats because they can roll some points all of a sudden the past couple of weeks.
The ONLY thing that has me picking the Pats is the Home Field, and the jets living dangerously every week.
But...the Jets are the BETTER team. More talented. The Pats have Brady..and that's it. -
**** the pats*
-
How did you guys do in the Bengal game? I didn't watch.
-
Gotta go with the Patsies at home.Hope both teams beat each other up.
-
Patriots at home since the Jets won last time, HOPEFULLY in the Snow. [I like snow games, I hope it snows for Jets-Dolphins!]
-
Sanders and Branch are beneficiaries of the Brady/Belichick halo effect, and Woodhead is beneficiary of opposing defenses’ tendency to play the pass against the Patriots.Aqua4Ever04 likes this. -
I honestly see the Jets getting beat pretty good in this one, they have not played well in over a month, and against bad teams.
The Jets defense has been bad, I can see the Pats having a field day.
As long as its not close with 2 minutes left and sanchez has the ball.:cry:DPlus47 likes this. -

I am damn confident in our team. It's gonna be a helluva game.
9 more days! -
Regarding Woodhead, I think that goes credit to the staff for finding ways to use him. They broke his strengths and weaknesses down and put them to use.
Sanders is a talented and smart player IMO.
I don't get why its hard for people to give credit to that staff. They do a helluva job.Aqua4Ever04 and muscle979 like this. -
Woodhead did the same things for the Jets in camp and preseason, the guy is a player, and if it wasn't for the Pats, he would be playing someplace else. The Jets did not want to lose him. -
If the Jets didn't want to lose him then they should have put him on the roster. That is their own fault. Credit goes to NE for grabbing him. AND using him properly. -
Anyone who doesnt give respect to the coaching staff in NE for what they do ON THE FIELD needs to sit back and reevaluate their football knowledge.
-
I too think NE will win the rematch. I just don't see the Jests sweeping them.
In fact, I can see the Jests losing the next two :shifty:, and possibly four out of the last five (@ NE, vs. Miami, @ Pitt., and @ Chicago). And, that last game against Barfalo won't be no cakewalk. They're playing good ball right now. They just need to learn how to close out games at the end. They really shoulda beat Pitt yesterday.
JMHO... -
If the Jets play the way they did against Denver, Detroit Cincy and Cleveland, this game's over by halftime.

If the Jests can get to Brady they will win. If they allow Brady to have 60 seconds on every throw (like he's had for the majority of his career and thus been mistakenly labeled "elite") then the Pats will win. Brady wilts under pressure. Always has. The Jests "D" thrive on pressuring the QB.
Jests win. -

Wait a minute, you guys hate us more than the Pats*?
