If that is true he will be playing elsewhere asap.

Its true. Maybe by Monday he will be what, 352-1 if he works hard. He is here to unleast they see what they have and then if its nothing, draft or sign or whatever. Got to give him credit. A few months ago he was pushing 388ish LOL

It was a done deal that Jerry was toast the moment Louis was signed.

why did we draft this bum over Jimmy Graham again?
we had Smiley, Donald Thomas, Jake Grove, Nate Garner, Berger, and Incognito on the roster at the time. even Ray Feinga was on the team. most of these guys helped pave the way for a top 5 rushing attack the season prior.
but at TE all we had was Fasano, Nalbone, and Joey Haynos! you can't tell me OG was a bigger need than TE.P h i N s A N i T y and mbsinmisc like this. -

No offense to any posters, but I gotta see some sort of link to believe this one way or the other... JJ has become one of the favorite punching bags of Fin fans. I'll just wait to see where he's really at before I judge the kid...
However, at this point, 355 is not too far off from where I'd call acceptable for him...cuchulainn, CANDolphan, juju.simba and 2 others like this. -

That said, if a kid like him worked his tail off, he could go 325 and be an absolute monster at OG.Larryfinfan likes this. -

Found a recent picture of John Jerry in a really strange outfit..
On a serious note, doesn't the beginning of offseason workouts start Monday?Click to expand...cuchulainn likes this. -
I read the other day, I forget where, I think it was just speculation, but Sparano coached Jerry in the senior bowl, and it kinda makes sense that he got in Parcells ear about that one..who the hell knows, maybe Parcells thought because Fasano had an Italian last name that he had his reincarnation of Bavaro and didn't need Gronk or Graham..Click to expand...

While it would be fantastic to see him at 330 entering the OS Training - this isn't extremely bad. He does have some room to lose. If he eats well, works hard these next three months - he can get to the 335-340 range. While not 325, that's acceptable.

That gave me a good chuckle this morning. -
340 still seems awfully heavy for this style of blocking. And if he's having trouble getting to 340, then there's no hope. Not that he's been particularly good even when he's managed to play...Click to expand...

15 pds is not too awful, but still, guy is skating on thin ice to begin with
