Jordan will forever be the measuring stick of greatness. The man is a living legend and is being inducted into the HOF tonight. Just watching the beginning of this I'm tearing up for no apparent reason. Having serious malfunctions.
ahem. Tonight is a special night.

I was listening on the radio, his speech was very odd. And he did come across as a dick at times to me. Article seems pretty accurate, from my perspective.

Agreed, while I was watching his speech he came across exactly as that article states. It was very strange and uncomfortable.

As for MJ, this is completely unsurprising. Anyone who ever read the coffee table book "For The Love Of The Game", which was essentially a photo collection with a few essays by MJ, saw this coming. I remember reading that book, and it felt like he really trashed Scottie Pippen. Scottie Pippen, the running mate that helped him win six NBA titles, and MJ was calling him out. (Just as a refresher: MJ titles without Pippen: 0. MJ titles with Pippen: 6.)
Remember this, though: part of what made MJ so great was his ultra-competitive spirit. You can't turn that on and off like a light switch. The same trait that helped make him arguably the GOAT, also makes him a complete *******.Anonymous, alen1 and unluckyluciano like this. -

Sounds like Michael Jordan has really turned into a total jerk. He was slamming Isiah Thomas, George Gervin and many former players and coaches. Sounds like MJ is becoming a bitter old man.
