Dwyane Wades.

 

Kobe's was def the worst. All he did was keep shooting. I think you can make a case for either Dwyanes or Brons as the best.

 

Kobe's numbers are so inflated because all he does is shoot. if mean hes a great shooter/player, but now his game is becoming so one-dimensional is getting depressing.

 

Yeah, he shot 31 times making 19.....and he was 20-20 from the line. Can't leave that out

Wade shot 29 times making 16

LeBron shot 33 times making 17

I'd say Lebron's game was more impressive (then Kobe's). One board away from being historic in fact. And it taking place in Madison Square Garden makes it at least a more hyped accomplishment.

 

i do and all i see is everyone standign around watching Kobe play. Theres the occational wide open 3 for Fisher and Bynum and Gasol are good big men by themselves, but Kobe is just a shooting machine, he doesnt bother to play D anymore.

He plays plenty of D. He has only shot the ball 3 times more than Wade this season and less than 100 more times than Lebron

 

All that being said, I would order the games this way

1) James (had a triple/double till it was taken away)

2) Kobe (19-31 from the field/ 20-20 from the line)

3) Wade

 

Sure if you like points and absolutely nothing else. Not in general, but that game Kobe did nothing but score and not even that many more points.

I think you can put Wade or Lebron first, but Kobe HAS to be last.

I never said he cant play D. Ive always thought Kobe was one of the most complete players in the NBA. Its just as of late he seems to play D when he feels like it, but most of time he just loves to shoot. I mean, I cant blame him, if I could make it from anywhere on the court I would probably do it too. Doesnt mean he should. :rolleyes:

 

And ask Team USA and even Dwyane Wade himself. Plus, he was getting a lot of triple doubles and double doubles earlier in the season. And if hockey assists counted, he'd be up there in the league leaders.

 

I didn't say Kobe doesn't play defense either. I said in that particular game, his line is nowhere near the other guys.

 

And Kobe was sick that last game against Lebron and held him to 5-20 shooting

In Heat Land D-Wade is king and does no wrong. Shaq is the bad guy, our Stalin whom we had to ally with in order to win. Riley is god. Kobe is still whiner but not our concern once we got Shaq outta here. :up:

 

when i said all he did was shoot, i didn't mean that he put up an inordinate amount of shots. Just he didn't do anything else that game. Wade and Lebron both nearly had triple doubles and had better games defensively as well.

 

the laker fans here arent gonna listen. Kobe has the best games of any player against any team. Kobe one his worst day is better than everyone in the NBA and he never makes mistakes. :tongue2:

I am a Laker fan and put Lebron's game at #1. Good try

 

Wade's team was down 16 points in the 4th quarter...and then got his lip busted. (4 stitches) It was also the second of a back to back.

They won. he scored 24 in the 4th to win the game.

lebron and Kobe both had leads going into the 4th quarter and played a comfortable game.


so it is a rather simple equation. Wade's was a better performance.


to argue otherwise is to ignore these relevant facts. or you didn't see the game.

 

I didn't watch any of the three games, but just based on the stat line I'd put Wade or Lebron first and Kobe third.

 

BTW..in that Laker game...did Kobe actually have ZERO rebounds? How did he manage to do that?

Kobe had the flu and a busted finger. You don't use lips to shoot baskets. For a team that needed a psychological boost after losing Bynum, Kobe brought it.

As far as 0 rebounds go. Why bother when the ones you're defending are on the perimeter 24-7 and you have Odom/Gasol down low picking up 14 each?

But let's all just bury the hatchet and come to the common understanding that yes, the Knicks suck. Sorry, Boik.

 

Even you gotta admit the Kobe hate in here is unsubstantiated. And you should know that I do respect and like Wade. I have not seen anything of the like towards Kobe.
