Kansas City has a better record than us. Which means they're lower on the waiver wire totem pole.
Which means the Dolphins declined to put in a claim for Orton.
Now we may have had interest should he have cleared, there's no way of knowing. But my guess is they decided to pass and not rock what's currently a hard-charging boat.

I think it also speaks volumes about Indy and their no. Even if Peyton returns this year, they might be all in with Luck.

My guess is Moore is playing well, why bother rocking the boat.

Someone called it. Whoever it was, good guess

I called it. Not sure if I was first though.

Its a good move by KC. Even with as many injuries as they have that division sucks and you just know Orton is looking at the date that KC and Denver meet up. That division is so bad that even KC's dismal squad still has a chance even with their 50 torn acl's (exaggerating but Charles, Berry, Moeaki etc all tore acl's).The Rev likes this. -

It wasn't the right time to pick him up but I still would have liked to have had him on the team this year. His contract demands were too high and I wouldn't have paid him what he wanted either so I don't blame the front office. Orton can play in the NFL, he's not a top 5 Qb but I think the attitude from a lot of people here that its laughable that he could help this team or another team is pretty silly. He wasn't worth the money he wanted but I think he's shown that he is every bit as good or better than the options we had here.

I guess the Broncos didn't think that move through too much. And Elway is supposed to be a Stanford guy lol.

Do we really want a guy who lost his job to Tebow? I think not.

thank god we didnt trade for him
