Landry I expected but I am surprised about Suh although coaches were saying quietly that he was doing an outstanding job considering he wasnt getting much help.

Like I said repeatedly during the season. Suh wasn't the problem on our defense. The lack of playmakers outside of Suh, R Jones and briefly - Wake, was the problem. I have trouble remembering a season where I saw Miami LBers make less impact plays than what I saw this season. Derrick Johnson would go a long way to help patch that giant hole, assuming Jenkins can stay healthy alongside him.

Even if Suh wasn't getting a tackle or a pressure, he was constantly getting double teamed, opening up opportunities for other D players. Unfortunately, outside of Jones, practically the whole D sucked and couldn't capitalize on those opportunities. Sad indictment of the pathetic LB group.

Suh was a beast after the coaching changes. If we can get the pieces around his straightened out we could have a great defense. Landry and Parker could be a lethal duo next year

Even if Suh wasn't the problem, it's still a mystery to me how the run defense actually got worse with Suh in it. It's not like the others on that line were chumps or so.
Worst Suh stat: Detroit with Suh ends up #1 in run defense in 2014 giving up 69.3 Y/G in rush defense, and Dolphins with Suh in 2015 give up 126.2 Y/G rushing = 28th ranked run defense.
I really hope the coaches can fix that because seeing guys gash us up the middle was supposed to be fixed this year. -
i cant believe how badly jones is being dissed
