Okay, I have a question that hopefully someone can shed some light on. Some of you might remember my "gmc acadia" thread. Well, I have an 08 Jeep w/ 6k miles on it. It's been in the shop twice already for warranty work. One time for a throttle sensor chip or something, the other for a bad shock. Well, tomorrow will be the 3rd time. I suspect its a brake caliper hung up, all of the sudden it makes the most god awful screeching and grinding sound you've ever heard, even at 5 mph. What I think has happened is the brake stuck, wore down the pad, and now it tearing up the rotor. It's going to have to be towed in tomorrow. Now that's 3 trips in 6 months and 6k miles. I'm not sure what the requirments or severity of problems have to be to qualify.

Does anyone know anything about lemon laws and if so do you think I might have a case here?

After quck skim over those, looks like I'm well on my way to a lemon, just not there yet. 3 trips for the same problem or 30 days without service. Thanks again. This sucks.
