Really like the catch at the :54 mark.
Also the 3:04 mark
Seems like a good all around player, blocker and receiver and played in a good conference. I really hope he turns into a solid pro for us. -
CWBIII likes this.

i already stated in the draft chat, my least favorite pick...kind of a luxury since I don't think, he is better than sims or egnew, i would have liked seastrunk or herron with this pick
-
I can't believe we took another tight end. How many years in a row is that?
-
This guy has 31 inch arms. That is absurd for a would be blocking TE.
This pick is ridiculous. -
-
So we needed a fairly well TE? I think we had enough of those.

I think Lynch is a pretty reasonable pick.
It's clear that there's a spot on the roster for a well-rounded #2 tight end to fill in a variety of utility roles. Lynch looks like a solid candidate to fill the role of someone who can play in-line, as an intermediate possession receiver, and as a lead blocker. There was basically 500 snaps between Dion Sims and Michael Egnew in those roles, so there's very much potential for a significant role there. -
Dolphins could have easily just stayed at 18 and drafted him. It wasn't necessary to trade up for Billy Bison and Niklaus would have brought more to this team than Jarvis Landry will.
If Hickey would have taken the trade down there is a good chance Turner and Landry would have still been on the board.
This draft was extremely badly managed IMO. -
Sorry, I should have been more specific.
If Hickey took the trade down in the first round and garnered a 3rd, then we could have stood pat in the 2nd got Niklaus, and
IMO, both Billy Turner and Landry would probably have still been on the board in the later 3rd.
However, I would have rather drafted Bruce Ellington or Donte Moncrief than Jarvis Landry. -
But of course that was assuming you knew what you were talking about in the first place which you didn't. Lynch has 32 1/2" arms and 10 1/8" hands. According to the NFL combine (recorded at NFL.com) and pretty much every website out there.
