I think its time we took people like this, and instead of killing them or just throwing them in jail, we use them for research.

Maybe we can even pump him full of cancer, and test drugs on him.

This guy will get an attorney that will of course try and manipulate technicalities towards getting facts dismissed or ignored. If he gets a judge more concerned with making a name for himself by handing down a controversial judgement like the nitwit in Canada, John Scurfield, the guy may not even be convicted of anything. Scary times.

Okay while the act is absolutely disgusting, I still think it's not as bad as rape or something of that sort while the victim is alive.

 

I dont agree, both are violations of another persons body without their consent.

For me the only mitigating factor is the alcohol involved.

 

One is a violation where the person can feel the pain and degredation of the act. The other the person feels nothing. You can't even compare them IMO.
