I originally couldn't have cared less about JT's departure but to actually taunt us after getting the sack? He might as well have bled green his whole life...

I did enjoy the Bronx cheer he got in return.

Who cares? Jake's been handling him all night. He got around our FB for a sack. Big deal.

I Apologize to You All For Defending JT
I'm sorry. I'm sorry for defending Jason Taylor. I'm sorry for saying mean things about my friends on these boards for saying mean things about JT. I guess I'm just a guy who's too loyal. But when I saw Rex dumping Gatorade on JT, I wanted to puke/cry/kill all at the same time.
Jason Taylor is finally dead to me. It took me a while to catch up with yall. You were right. I was wrong. I'm sorry. -

He didn't act any differently than he did when he was playing for us against the Jets. I've got no issue with Taylor playing for the Jets. An earlier poster mentioned this anywho--Jake Long owned him all night long.

Listen I hate JT is a JET Honestly, But what I hate more is this front office's inability to try and work something out. JT is a talent and tonight as well as last weekend showed he can still play and this team needs more talent..
I hat that he left, and to a Division Foe at that, but thats our fault not his...gunn34 likes this. -

Please Mods, ban this person. He is here just to troll and taunt us. He serves no other purpose. -
Forget JT. The guy made what... one play tonight? He got a sack going up against lousake polite. Big deal. Jake manhandled him all game.
I'd much rather have the young talent we have now on defense for years to come, as opposed to an old primadonna who has a year or two left. Great for us while he was here, and I appreciate that. But he's gone now. It is what it is. Whatever. I don't miss him. Zach on the other hand... different story all together.USArmyFinFan and SCall13 like this. -
To be quite honest, the gaterade and his little dance celebration hurt worse then this loss does.

**** JT. you should say the same. less than 1 year ago he was scoring a TD in your house, spiking the ball into your logo.........and now you love him? classic jet fan.Frumundah Finnatic, USArmyFinFan, Miguel and 1 other person like this. -
i always said that even though he was (understandably) upset at our f.o., that dolphin fans had nothing to do with it. it makes me appreciate zach thomas that much more, if anything. he never took it out on us.Miguel and TheMageGandalf like this. -
He did what he always did, he still got his *** beat by Jake Long

I'm going to be honest here:
This **** is war, all of that happy, cute puppy stuff is bull****, make no mistake Taylor wanted to win this game and would have run over Tony Sparano in the Wal Mart parking lot to win it.
We got a dose of reality this evening, do not forget it.finyank13, Stringer Bell and Muck like this. -

he stepped up for them like he did for us for many years. i dont begrudge him. so long as he's watching us on the tv in january i dont have a problem with JT

His sack celebration was as much an F-U to Parcells as it was the competitor in him. He's getting booed heavily. What do you expect?
I was fired up about it too. But really, I'm not sure what else he's supposed to do.unluckyluciano and Garryowen like this. -

That was just uncalled for. There's something wrong with that guy. He has anger issues, I tell ya. -
I have nothing against Jason Taylor. He wanted to go somewhere where he would get paid and be able to play. Those two things weren't going to line up for him in Miami. It sucks that the only team that wanted him was the Jets. But he had to make that decision. Yes, he doesn't like Parcells but he still loves the Dolphins and the fans. You can clearly tell by his interviews. So what, he celebrated after getting a sack? You would too. So what he wanted to win the game? You would too. Don't blame the man that was a Dolphins hero for more than a decade for having to deal with the business aspect of the game.

As a side note, even after he leaves the Jests, it will be a long while before I am receptive to him returning to retire as a Dolphin, to me, he blongs on the "Ring of Shame"dolfndav34 and PhinGirl KP like this. -
Let's face it JT had the opportunity to be a dolphin. I biched out because he is old and ran to the NYJ to try and get a ring before his career is over. That to me shows he has no integrity and deservers no respect what so ever. He can retire a f'ing jet for all I care. He is the definition of classless.
I spit on JT's legacy with Miami.dolfndav34, SICK and USArmyFinFan like this. -
