I'm sorry. I'm sorry for defending Jason Taylor. I'm sorry for saying mean things about my friends on these boards for saying mean things about JT. I guess I'm just a guy who's too loyal. But when I saw Rex dumping Gatorade on JT, I wanted to puke/cry/kill all at the same time.

He didn't act any differently than he did when he was playing for us against the Jets. I've got no issue with Taylor playing for the Jets. An earlier poster mentioned this anywho--Jake Long owned him all night long.

I'd much rather have the young talent we have now on defense for years to come, as opposed to an old primadonna who has a year or two left. Great for us while he was here, and I appreciate that. But he's gone now. It is what it is. Whatever. I don't miss him. Zach on the other hand... different story all together.

 

To be quite honest, the gaterade and his little dance celebration hurt worse then this loss does.

I have nothing against Jason Taylor. He wanted to go somewhere where he would get paid and be able to play. Those two things weren't going to line up for him in Miami. It sucks that the only team that wanted him was the Jets. But he had to make that decision. Yes, he doesn't like Parcells but he still loves the Dolphins and the fans. You can clearly tell by his interviews. So what, he celebrated after getting a sack? You would too. So what he wanted to win the game? You would too. Don't blame the man that was a Dolphins hero for more than a decade for having to deal with the business aspect of the game.

 

Maybe JT should get a JETS tramp stamp now.

 

Good for you, none of us said we didn't undestand him wanting to go play and get paid, simply put, it was a knife in the fans back to go to the Jests. I could care less if he still loves the fans or Miami. He is wearing puke green and until he takes that off I will rag, hate, spit, boo, shout, scream, and loathe him evey day. There are some lines that someone should not cross, he did IMHO, so &*%# him, &*%# Jests fans.

As a side note, even after he leaves the Jests, it will be a long while before I am receptive to him returning to retire as a Dolphin, to me, he blongs on the "Ring of Shame"

Yeah it's one thing to celebrate a sack it's a complete other thing to do your sack celebration that you always did as a dolphin. It was a blatant slap in the face to our organization, our team, and our fans.

Let's face it JT had the opportunity to be a dolphin. I biched out because he is old and ran to the NYJ to try and get a ring before his career is over. That to me shows he has no integrity and deservers no respect what so ever. He can retire a f'ing jet for all I care. He is the definition of classless.
