He is horrible. However, that was the worst 2 min offense in the history of the NFL. We beat the hell out of the Colts for most of the night and lost it like that? WTF???

He doesn't suck, but he isn't clutch. I love Ted Ginn, I just ordered a jersey. But he has shaken my confidence in him, those drops today were terrible. He needs to make that catch in the end zone at the end of the game. That's what they live for. he had 108 yards, a great day, but he needs to catch those TDs

He doesn't suck in my opinion but I don't understand how he doesn't make those two catches in the end zone. The first one, he had poor field awareness, something that is an underrated skill IMO. He had room to catch and drag both feet but he failed to do either. The second one, I don't know how he doesn't make that play over Jacob Lacey. If its the Oklahoma State cornerback, Jacob Lacey, that I'm thinking of and I watched last year on tape, I am very disappointed in Ginn. However, he did show good stuff tonight. Good route running, coming back to the quarterback and showed pretty good hands other than those two drops.

 

Ginn 11 rec 108 yards. Yeah, he missed the one that counted the most, but he was there all day on thrid down to keep our offense on the field. You can hang this loss on the defense, NOT GINN.

 

he played a fantastic game. hate him for not making the play all you want, but the guys i hate are in our secondary.

 

Ginn sucked before...he sucks now...and he will continue to suck in the future. He has no upside. He can't return punts or kickoffs....and I know we all remember Cam glowing about him being able to do that. He has hands of stone. Sure, he can catch the short pass. However, don't let him try and catch up to a ball or make an adjustment. HE SUCKS...plain and simple.

 

Why in the world would you all-out blitz Manning on a 2nd down? Why? That and that horrid 2-minute drill are what I'm most upset about.

A fantastic game? Are you serious? HE DROPPED 2 TD PASSES! A #1 WR...the 9th pick in the draft...MAKES THOSE CATCHES! He is not a big time receiver. He is an avg possession receiver at best.

 

He caught 11 for 108. that is a great day. he made some major drops.. Boneheaded. stupid, Irritating.

That play was very similar to the Jets game which was also very important situation except obviously he made that play against NY. Yes he didn't make that catch but he is still clearly our best receiver.

 

our safeties. our corners were awesome. our safeties are small linebackers who cant even cover TEs or H-backs. and our linebackers need addressing. if they are not old, they are weak. we're gonna have issues down the road.

 

Without Ginn we're not in the game.

not excusing him for those droppped passes. he has to catch those. Our other WRs caught 53 yards.

 

That about sums it up. He HAS to make those plays. Its that simple. There is NO excuse.

True, yes. He dropped two key touchdowns. Thats 14 points. Im sorry, yes our Defense sucked, yes Fasano also dropped a TD pass, but I'm sorry, I liked Ginn, but he has to make those catches. This loss is indeed partially on him.

To be fair the defender had a handful of jersey and readjusted his arm as he tried to make the catch. Should have been PI, watch it again. The first was terrible. Before you say he sucks realize he actually had a pretty good game.

 

Loss is on him, our safeties, but most importantly, our coaching.

Flat out. Our coaching failed us. bad clock management at the end. bad playcalling on multiple field goal situations.

 

Defense lost this one, not Ginn.

 

11 for 108 isn't great when you drop two TD's, including the game winner in single coverage.

he made a lot of good plays in the game. Avg. wrs dont get 100 yards in a game. they just dont.

The play calling in the last drive along with the clock management SUCKED!! If there was ANY TIME to put the ball in Pat Whites hands and try to connect deep THIS WAS THE TIME! 2 run plays to start the drive? Are you kidding me? What was he thinking on the last drive?

NO. Ted is being held accountable for the play he needed to make and didn't.

 

If you do watch the replay, the CB had Ginn's jersey almost before they went up in the air. And an arm around the other side. Ginn needs to be stronger and out muscle him to either get the catch, or flop and get the PI call. Maybe the refs were afraid to call the PI there, because they haven't been calling penalties almost all game.

But the dude had Ginn's jersey (shoulder) and was yanking on it

 

Ginn had a fine game.
However, it will be the plays he didn't make that he'll be remembered for.

Reggie Wayne makes those plays, without a doubt.

 

Ted Ginn lost the game for us. Our defense played awesome against such a high-powered offense.

 

The Colt's only had the ball for a little under 15 minutes and still beat us. The defense is at fault here.

 

Bench him..cut him

If he is going to be so bad and we are going to lose...lets see what our young kids can do.

But the real truth, no matter how bad he played...OUR DEFENSE LOST THIS GAME!!! Over all our offense was OUTSTANDING tonight. We play like this typically, its a win!!

 

No Ted Ginn was the guy who dropped a pass that would have won the game.

 

i dont care if the guy was pulling ginns pants down and licking his brown eye.....the ball hit both hands, clean, in the endzone......garbage.
