Couldn't believe nobody posted this spot on article, IMO...

Whatever. I still don't think this team is nearly as bad as people make them out to be.
Negativity is high, but that means nothing if you win.

Basically Deej, we require Marlon Moore to catch the ball, Naanee to prove his last two yrs were not indicative his talent, and Rishard Matthews plays way over a rookie level.
Won't even speak about the offensive line. -

Other than the black hole that is the wide receiver depth chart, I still think my biggest worry is Kevin Coyle's defense. Just a bad feeling at this point. -
All of the assets being used on blue collar positions is coming back to haunt, along with the failure to develop virtually any offensive skill position draft picks, think about that, only drafted Wr we have is Hartline and Matthews, 5th rd pick safeties, etc.Rick 1966 likes this. -

It's a stupid article.
Miami has lost in practice very little of value due to rebuilding. No one has shifted a bunch of assets because we suddenly didn't need them because the Dolphins switched from Brian Daboll's offense to Mike Sherman's, or Mike Nolan's defense to Kevin Coyle's. It's true going back a while, too. The problem is getting the talent and coaching, it's not getting rid of it.
Lighting a candle for Ted Ginn is deeply and genuinely pathetic. He's a kick returner. He's seen the open market twice, and both times saw minimal interest in him going somewhere for a role as a wide receiver. Ted Ginn being our third receiver would be as much or more of a miscast than anyone on the roster in those circumstances.
The gnashing of teeth over Welker has long since gone around the bend as well. If someone offered a 2nd round pick for a player identical to Wes Welker circa 2007, you're going to take it. Most everyone is going to take it. We didn't move Wes Welker because some scheme idea that someone had, we moved him because it was a good price. Wes Welker went on to be really ****ing good, but if someone had that inclination back then, they sure as hell didn't speak up. I honestly doubt Bill Belichick had any idea that Welker would turn out like he has. -
Does everyone think that these dynasty teams (patriots, steelers, green bay) were put together over one off season? Until Miami settles with a coach/GM and gives them TIME this perpetual funk will continue. I think we suck it up, give Philbin and Tannehill time.

Disagree with the premise. The Dolphins are stable. The owner will be around for many years, they had the same head coach for four years, and have had the same GM for five years. The problem isn't stability, it's ability.
Also, Vontae Davis, character risk? That's uncharacteristic laziness from Le Batard. -

The worst thing he's ever done in Miami is show up to a single practice hung over. That's a lack of professionalism, not a character issue. A character issue is what Ray Lewis had in Atlanta. -
