Only way I see this game being close is if they play outstanding special teams. We struggle there and they don't.

I was expecting a snoozer between MSU and LSU because of the ****ty conditions, but it's been a good one.

That's how I see it but I've been wrong plenty of other times before. They are a pure zone team if I remember correctly and we have speed, which is their weakness. Their entire defensive backfield struggles flipping their hips. The way I look at it is that we need to attack the middle of the field because Kam Chancellor is a linebacker playing safety and he struggles in coverage. He's a pure in the box player in my eyes. Hit them with short passes to open the game and you'll get Chancellor cheating up just like we saw with Morgan Burnett against Georgia Tech and then that's when you hit that skinny post to LaRon Byrd or Travis Benjamin in the middle of the field.

I could see Miami playing Virginia Tech's offense like they did against Georgia Tech, honestly. They're a run first team and Tyrod Taylor isn't much better of a passer than Nesbitt. We're short on defensive ends today I believe so I could see us playing contain to keep them more fresh as well to keep Taylor in the pocket and then have our linebackers shoot the gaps or some zone blitzes.

Sean Spence has to turn his head around there. This seems to be an issue with so many college players. If he turns his head around there, he has an interception.

Weather doesn't look to bad right now.

I think it has to do more with Javarris James than the blocking. James had a couple creases in which he could have picked up yardage but he doesn't run with high knees and he's really weak around his ankles, like his uncle Edgerrin James. Very soft tailback. If that's Cooper, I think he could have avoided the tackle.

Offense cannot put points on the board for the ****ing opposing team in a game like this.

Bad call there. He had his head turned around and it was simply a tangling of the feet.

Sean Spence needs to learn how to take on trash at his feet though. Been an issue for him since he's become a Cane.
