I hope that is true only for the sake of your post, it would be rather classless if it were not true.

On the other hand, if that's true, she could be very good for team morale!

Overrated- Revis. I don't have time, you pull up his numbers. He's a product of their blitz crazy schemes.

    Marion Barber is the other.

Underrated- Donald Driver. Always playing second fiddle to someone else,he's not a #1,not fast enough, too old. How many pro-Bowls has he been to?
    Yet,look at these numbers...
How many Dolphins receivers have had consecutive 1000 yard seasons like him?

    http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/4863/career;_ylt=AnrqXMyYD.IIcATwBCg7GLr.uLYF

Chester Taylor is another.Just goes from team to team and put's up very good numbers as a #2.

Jonathan Stewart-Just look at Fantasy boards everywhere.Williams gets all the love and Stewart's numbers are close to his. I don't get it...... :confused2:

Wow...that's surprising...He has a great press guy that keeps him in the public eye, almost to the point of nausea, but he certainly backs up everything on the field...That team doesn't win 8 games without him...

Overrated: Shonn Greene. Top 10 fantasy player? Top 10 RB? I just don't see it. He hasn't done it yet. For him to unseat TJ after one year of backing him up I think he's overrated.

Overhyped: Mark Sanchez. Watch MNF when the Jest play. Listen to Ron Jaworski. ?????. Vomit. I think he's not rated high. It's his potential that is. Thus it's the hype.

Underrated: I wanted to say Polite but I won't let the homer in me release. I love the Donald Driver selection earlier. But I think I'm going with Ahmad Bradshaw. I loved him when I saw him play in 2008. Now he's finally getting his chance.

Its impossible to underrate a player who has done nothing in the NFL. You must be going purely on potential, and projections with those 2. I respect your opinion, but I disagree.

I don't think you can overrate a first ballot HOFer with the stats to back it up.

...a Jets Ring of Honoree however, is another story.

I'm going off of what I saw in preseason. Vernon Gholston was a player most people thought would be out of the league but he's clearly had the light go on and is playing well for the first time in his Jets career. The hope that he would be a Ryan Leaf and out of the league in four years isnt going to happen. He's going to have a career. How good of one I dont know yet but he's good enough to stick around for another six years or more. As far as Best, most of the talk is about Ryan Matthews who is a fine player himself. I watched the Broncos/ Lions game. This guy is going to be very good in the NFL. Reminds me of Billy Sims

the only projection pick i made was putting favre as overrated. if i went off last season, the guy was great but i just dont see him having the same year especially starting with a bum ankle. you are going off last year, i'm going off last year and this preseason. since the op didnt make it clear which way to go with it, we're both right

Adamprezz they certainly have shown flashes this preseason. I dont disagree with that one bit. But surely doesnt make them underrated.

Gholston has a TON to prove before he even begins to dig himself out of being "overrated". 2 games of preseason just wont cut it for him.
Best was a 1st rounder. 1st rounders have alot expected of them thus making them rated very high....at least by the team that drafted them.

Im not saying your wrong that they can still be good-great players, but I dont see it possible to underrate either of those two specific examples.

    BTW I like Knighton too.

Oh my bad, I read it too fast. Thought you were talking about Matthews saying you watched the Lions-Broncos game and thought he would be very good.
