mor911forum_veteranOPSo I want you guys opinion on something. My friend was being an ass to me on Saturday, so I got pissed and returned the favor.
Was I too hard on him?
Story
My buddy's name is Jermaine. We call him J. He's one of those guys that thalk a lot of crap about everyone's team, but has no team for himself, so you can't retort.
Very recently I went out of my way to help him fix his 360. I also made sure he was well stocked with software and took it upon myself to help him have the newest stuff available. On Saturday, J comes over and I'm watching the UM game. I was very happy as the Canes were beating the dog testicles off of Texas A&M. J being the ******* he is decided to take a shot at the Canes (about the Gator's game). I brushed it off. Determined to ruin my football happiness, he says:
"I guess the Dolphins were pissed that last year they accidentally won a game... I'm sure they're gonna fix it this year by accomplishing a perfect record"
I instantly got REALLY pissed. I don't know why. I just went from whatever to furious in an instant. I didn't know why this guy came to my house, enjoying my beer, on my couch, on my HDTV, watching my team and is hell bent on pissing me off. I'm very passionate about my teams... It worked. I was ****ing mad.
I stood up and told him I had something for him. I walked to the room and grabbed the new Armored Core I just got for him. Took his bundle of blank DVD-R DL discs he left there for new product. Walked back to the living room and snapped Armored Core in half right in front of him. Gave him his discs back, and told him to find a new guy to supply him with games.
Now he gets mad and says I'm over reacting. I tell him to **** off and start rubbing in that Fable is coming out, and Gears2 is coming out. I'll probably get them early too.

I have a friend like that... he makes fun of the Dolphins all of the time but has no team, but this week? It's going to be different...

you should just question his hetero-sexuality, lack of masculinity, deficiency in closing women, exploit any physical abnormalities, or explain that he shouldn't knock your teams, because should you decide to kick his ass, there's nothing that he can do to prevent it.
