So as the title says, my first SAT is tomorrow. Im excited and nervous both at the same time, but hopefully I do well. Any tips?

As long as you're not nervous enough to vomit on yourself and/or your test, you're probably gonna earn at least an 1100.
-
Get enough sleep and make sure you eat something before heading out to take the test. Taking a long test when you're either tired or hungry really kills all motivation.

Shade in all the ovals...you are "technically" not wrong then. Dont let THE MAN tell you, you are! No Justice No Peace!

If you are a senior, make sure you take it at least twice before you apply for college.
If you are a junior, keep taking it and if you are happy with it make sure to check with your school of choice before applying early as it may keep you from being accepted. My dumb *** high school advisor didn't know that and it kept me from getting into UNC-Chapel Hill while classmates with poorer credentials got in. Meanwhile you're stuck at the University of Duhhhh...alen1 likes this. -

If you aren't happy with your scores try the ACT. I remember the ACT being much easier when I was in your position.

Dude, it looks like anywhere between an 1120 and a 1360 and you're in. That's not too difficult...

I got my scores! My sister had my password and woke me up at 8AM with the scores. Wanted to kill her.
I got a 670 on the math, 640 on the reading, and 640 on the writing. Thats 1310 on the reading+math, and a 1950 total. That's really good.
But I think Im going to take it again in like March to see if I can improve the Math a little.Pandarilla likes this. -
Why improve math if you got lower on reading? Lol
I enjoyed all of my language arts classes more than math, I hate math. -
That's great news! Congratulations. Also glad to hear that you want to take them again. It's a lot easier with no pressure. Keep us updated and once again, congrats!
