The game against UT (two fg blocks) just showed how they are a team of destiny this year.

 

Colt McCoy has been god awful this year. If Bama manages to get any pressure at all on him, he is going to give the game away.

Also my ex is a Texas fan and I hope the team falls into a black hole. (And the state decides it no longer wants to be part of the united states.)

Can't see Texas coming back from this with a Freshman at QB against a Saban defense. I still haven't forgiven him but the man is a great coach.

On the next drive for Bama, they get the PI call on a way overthrown / uncatchable pass. Refs play too big a role in these games, man.

Coming from someone who picked Bama and is also rooting for them because I like Nick Saban and I can't root against Ingram after that speech unless he's playing against my guys.

Boise state? Someone made a great point in the radio here. Without the BCS Boise state wouldn't even be a blip on the radar screen. It's a reality of the college game you have to build up reputation. Now Boise state has it. They'll probably start off at a higher ranking and it's up to them to maintain it and possibly play for a NC.

 

Neither. There is no National Champion because there is no playofff system. Only BCS Champion.

 

In all fairness Bama went thru a playoff system. They played the Gators to get in and finished with a National title. Bama beat the #1 team in the country and than beat #2. They are National Champs!

In a year,we barely missed the playoffs.The HC who lied to us and left us in a lurch,wins a National Championship,with players recruited by the son of our HOF head coach..............
