Natural approach to depression

    Well, some fellas have been having some issues with feeling down and imo, this is the best approach to dealing with the situation.

    I tend to agree with this approach but I also think:

    -cut back on sugar, as in way back on it, that includes "high fructose" additives as well
    -cut back on fast food
    -drink more water or black tea

    I also tend to take 1000mg or more of Vitamin C a day and will take dawn till dusk fasts
