What motivates these type of guys is always being the Alpha male. Letting the Alpha males where something different will always motivate the other guys to get on top. If not, they will have to find another team.

 

D25. I see you have Miller and Mathews as some of your favorites. I'm willing to bet those two love Campbell as coach because e they are two of the people who will benefit the most. Each already have more plays going there way.

 

I like the black unis as a reward. However Glanville changed the actual game day uniforms to black for the Falcons back in the day. Didn't turn out so well...of course his pregame meal was Coca-Cola and snickers.

Im really excited for sunday, no way im gonna sleep, this guy has me thinking where im trying to find weakness and I cant find it, im trying to decipher myself and seperate any built in homerism, but I cant help but remember the impact and seed he planted when he first came across the screen, some of us were like, ''who the fu## is that guy, some of us said we could see total head coaching potential in him...

Im just really excited because I think his style has been what this franchise playing in this town and stadium has needed.

But this past weekend I went to IN N' Out burger and I always buy a t-shirt when I go (which is about twice a year). Well, the t-shirt is always white. Except this weekend, it was BLACK.

I don't know what's not to like. They come into work, see the other guys with the black jerseys on, and they know, those guys beat us. They want the jerseys. They work hard to get that jersey back...get their pride back. The guys with the jerseys don't want to give them up. They work hard to keep them.

I work at a refinery...the "coker rats" guy that work in the petroleum coker have black hardhats and the rest of the refinery has white hardhats.... guess how many operators are mad they cant get the black hardhats ?? all of the them.
